Contact inquiries

The contact form requests your name, email address, service interest, and a short message. Phone number, business name, and budget range are optional. The form is intended for initial inquiries, not confidential tax or financial documents.

When you submit the form, your entries are sent over HTTPS to FormSubmit for processing and email delivery to info@heviacpa.com. FormSubmit also provides an automated email acknowledgment and a spam-verification step using Google reCAPTCHA. These services may process technical information and use cookies under their own policies.

See FormSubmit’s privacy notice, Google’s privacy policy, and Google’s terms. Contact submissions are also processed by the firm’s email provider. This website does not maintain a separate inquiry database.

Website hosting

The hosting provider may process technical request information to serve and protect the website. We have not added advertising or analytics trackers to the website itself.

Confidential information and engagements

Do not submit Social Security numbers, tax IDs, account numbers, tax returns, or other confidential records through this form. Contact the firm to discuss an appropriate document-sharing method.

Website content is general information. Sending an inquiry does not establish an accountant-client relationship, confirm an appointment, or create an agreed engagement. Services, scope, and fees are subject to a separate engagement agreement.
