WHO WE HELP

Bookkeeping support that grows with your business

We work with LLCs, corporations, and partnerships at every stage, including professional practices, real estate businesses, and rental property owners. Whether you need recurring support or help bringing existing records into order, we begin with your accounts, systems, transaction activity, and reporting priorities.

A CLEAR ENGAGEMENT

What your support can include.

We define the services, responsibilities, deliverables, and fees before work begins. Your engagement agreement determines what is included.

Recurring bookkeeping

Transaction categorization and agreed bookkeeping tasks on a schedule suited to your business and the information available.

Account reconciliations

Reconciliation of agreed bank and credit card accounts, with questions and discrepancies brought to your attention.

Financial reporting

Preparation of agreed reports, such as a profit and loss statement and balance sheet, with an opportunity to discuss what needs clarification.

Cleanup and tax coordination

Separately scoped catch-up or cleanup work, and coordination of financial records with tax preparation when those services are engaged.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Clear answers before
the first conversation.

Can you help if our books are behind?

Yes. We first assess the periods involved, the available records, and any deadlines. Catch-up and cleanup work is scoped separately so you understand the work required before an ongoing bookkeeping schedule begins.

Do you provide monthly bookkeeping?

Monthly support can be included in an agreed recurring engagement. The appropriate frequency depends on transaction volume, the condition of the books, your reporting needs, and how promptly records are supplied.

Will bookkeeping include tax returns?

Tax preparation is a separate service unless your engagement explicitly combines it with bookkeeping. When both are engaged, we coordinate the records and year-end questions so the work connects more effectively.

Can you work with our existing accounting system?

We review your current system, access arrangements, and record quality during the initial discussion. We confirm whether we can support that setup and whether any changes or cleanup are needed before agreeing on the engagement.

Do you work with real estate investors and landlords?

Yes. Our experience includes domestic and foreign real estate investors and rental property owners. We discuss how your entities and property activity should be reflected in the agreed bookkeeping and reporting scope.

Are payroll, sales tax, or assurance services included?

These are not automatically included in a bookkeeping engagement. Any additional service, coordination, or referral is discussed separately. Bookkeeping and financial reporting do not constitute an audit, review, or other assurance engagement.
